By placing an order on the Blue Lavender website or when calling our customer services team to place an order, you (the sender) are agreeing to the following terms and conditions.

Products

We work only with fresh and seasonal flowers and foliage; hence, all products are subject to availability.

As such, Blue Lavender reserves the right to change all or some of the content of your (the sender) product to provide an item of equal or greater value without notice. By doing so we will ensure your (the sender) fresh flowers have a similar color, style, shape and size.

If the product you (the sender) ordered was damaged on receipt, we will offer a full refund and a redelivery of the product at the next convenient date for your (the sender) recipient.

Delivery

If the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery:

1. Our courier service is instructed to leave the products in a safe enclosure outside the entrance door of the property, unless you (the sender) have given us instructions to the contrary whilst placing your (the sender) order.
2. If the recipient telephone number is given, we will make a contact to rearrange the delivery, failing this, we will leave a calling card for the recipient to make contact to arrange redelivery
3. Following a second delivery attempt if we are still unable to deliver, we are regrettably unable to offer a refund or complementary re delivery.

Please note that we are unable to guarantee a delivery time for your order.

Damaged flowers

We work very close with our delivery partners, Royal Mail and as well as our courier company to do our best to ensure your (the sender) products arrive in perfect conditions. However, if the products arrive at the destination damaged as a result of transportation please contact us immediately on 0208 748 9659 so that we can arrange one of the following: A resend of the product on the next delivery date or a full refund.

Cancellation

Only cancellations made 3 working days (exempting Saturdays, Sundays and Bank holidays) before the intended delivery date may be accepted. To cancel an order please call 02028 748 9659.
